Renovation of a Vinohrady apartment building

About the project

Přemyslovská 24 Residence is an extensive renovation of a traditional urban apartment building.

This beautiful building dates from the 1920s and was designed by prominent Prague architect Alois Krofta, whose other works include the Alcron Hotel and Petschek Palace.

Working with architect Jana Klečková Holečková, we are carefully combining original features with new materials of the highest quality. The shared areas will undergo a comprehensive renovation, literally from the basement to the attic.

We offer apartments either fully renovated or in their existing condition, with new traditional double-frame windows, entrance doors and new utility connections brought to each unit.

Renovated apartments will feature oak parquet flooring, large-format floor and wall tiles, and bespoke flush doors as standard. We hope you will appreciate our work and enjoy your new home, as many of our existing clients already do.

The building’s energy performance rating before renovation was G.
